Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch for specified reasons.

• To cancel, email to ecommerce@koraretail.in ,with your order number and reason for cancellation.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

We issue refunds only for the following cases:

• Incorrect item shipped

• Damaged or defective product​

• Missing item(s) from your order

For approved cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable for size exchanges or personal preference returns.
